Nutritional Therapy Consultations- Clients complete an in-depth health questionnaire and 3-day food diary in advance of the consultation
- The initial consultation lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours during which time the client's health history is discussed, findings are explained and a dietary strategy is agreed
- A course of nutritional supplements may be recommended if appropriate. Clients are able to access professional quality supplements at a discounted rate
- In some cases, detailed biochemical tests may be recommended. This enables your nutritional therapist to develop a highly targetted programme in order to address your condition. The majority of tests require a saliva, urine or stool sample which can be taken at home and simply sent to the laboratory. In some cases, a blood sample is required which can be taken at your GP's surgery, or at the test laboratory in New Malden. Tests are an additional cost which would be discussed during the consultation
- A follow-up consultation (45-60 mins) is used to review progress, and to discuss test results where applicable. At this stage, dietary and supplement recommendations may be refined if necessary.

Dietary Analysis Consultations- Clients complete a 4 day food diary
- Clients have a 45-60 min consultation to explain the findings and discuss practical suggestions for dietary changes if required
- Clients receive an individualised Dietary Analysis report
