Helen Hodgson BSc, PhD, mBANT
Helen gained a first class BSc (Hons) degree in Nutritional Therapy after studying for three years at the Centre for Nutrition Education. In addition, Helen is a qualified Dietary Analyst and a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. Aware of the impact of diet from personal experience, and passionate about promoting the benefits of healthy eating, Helen is well qualified to coach clients in making dietary and lifestyle changes.
Helen also has a strong science background with a BSc (Joint Hons) degree in Biochemistry & Physiology, and a PhD in Biochemistry. Her scientific experience has been an invaluable foundation for her work as a nutritional therapist.
As well as running her practice, Helen lectures part-time at the Centre for Nutrition Education. Helen is a full member of both the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), and the NHS recognised Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
